This is the building, in a corner of the park, in front of the Mascotte Hotel, where in the past there was the inn of some Chinese and later had different destinations. In the works for the 500th anniversary, it was completely remodeled by the Cubanacan company. S.A. which turned it into an entity for the sale of beverages, spirits and soft drinks, in convertible currency (CUC or others).

The characteristics of this center are the respect for the architecture it possesses. Parts of the mud brick walls and the walls of stones, bricks and mud are shown in various angles. On the wall to the right of the entrance you can see a false door that has a face-shaped knocker, all made in the wall itself, in mud, which was made entirely by hand resembling wood. Ceiling and wall lamps were made with bottles that were cut and frosted. All decoration work is completely handmade.

It has a heated cellar about 4 meters deep, about 3 meters wide and 5 meters long, where quality wines are sold and can be tasted on site. It has tables on its portal and in front, outside, also tables with umbrellas, which were placed after its opening.
