The house is located in a quiet and very central area. 10 minutes by car from Old Havana and 10 minutes but in the opposite direction of the residential neighborhood and full of restaurants and hotels "Miramar".

It is located near the bus terminal "Viazul" from where all the buses leave for provinces, near the Cira García International Clinic, from the FAC "Fabrica de Arte Cubano", an unbeatable place to know the enormous artistic potential of Cuba.

Only 8 minutes walking from the Malecón Habanero, 5 minutes walking from the Bosque de la Habana which allows being surrounded by nature without getting away from the city.

Also in the surroundings there is a wide range of restaurants, among these "El Cocinero" of international and Creole food, the Japanese restaurant FUUMIYAKI, "El Farrallón" and the "Karma" of international food and the Italian restaurant "Mamma Mia". In addition there are three fast food sites "La Pachanga", "El piano" and "Los Compadres".

How to move in the area
You have at your disposal 300 meters from the house, bus tour called Bus Tour to travel through Old Havana that will allow you to enjoy the beautiful views of the historic part of the city. Also on Avenue 23 you can take a taxi easily and move to any place of interest in a few minutes. However, at the corner of the house there is a public bus stop.
