The Catholic Church of Remedies, Parish of San Juan Bautista, is from the end of the 18th century, although previously that place had been occupied by another temple. It is considered one of the most beautiful ecclesiastical buildings on the island, which you can discover in Remedios.

The bell tower was erected between 1848 and 1858 and, in 1944, the millionaire philanthropist Eutimio Falla Bonet financed a restoration project to which today is owed the beautiful golden altar with mahogany roof.
